5-2-1-artwork-01Child Care Centers participating in the Nemours Child Care Obesity Prevention Initiative in partnership with Winter Park Health Foundation (WPHF) have received training on the Nemours 5-2-1-Almost None formula for a healthy lifestyle. The formula encourages people to:

  • Eat 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables daily
  • Limit screen time (including TV, video games, recreational computer use) to no more than 2 hours daily
  • Get at least 1 hour of physical activity daily
  • Drink almost no sugary beverages and no more than two servings a week.
